For over a hundred years, our fathers and forefathers have been known for their profession, when the transportation started with the sumpters that halt in threshing floors, collecting the dried peas harvest from the farmers to transform them into a variety of "Kadamy", from the yellow, to the peppered, salted, hot, and sweet kind.

 

Once the Kadamy is wearing its new dress, it is exchanged back with the farmers against other variety of grains and agricultural products.
